Pros : Good breakfast, clean room, and friendly staff. Cons : overall size was small for hotel. My kids thought this hotel was a model. Since remodeling was ongoing, I was not able to feel relaxed and comfortable. Room curtains look outdated

Persistent unpleasant (sewer gas?) smell in bathroom for the entire time I was in Room 216. Renovation of other rooms was underway but that shouldn’t be related. Road noise in rooms facing the main street. Typical breakfast items for holiday inn, clean room and comfy bed were the important things, and didn’t disappoint.

The hotel is in a good location & staff are friendly, but the hotel generally is a bit of a mess at present as there is construction going on. The rooms that we had were a bit old and tired but clean enough. If these end up getting updated as part of the construction might be a good hotel.

We stopped here on our way up north. We needed a place to stop for the night. We were able to use our IHG points. The hotel was under remodel which is never fun. The elevator didn’t go up enough for our room. We had to climb a half flight of stairs with suitcases at 1:30am. I never understand this.

Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly. I had to add a night to my stay and the staff handled that seamlessly. The location is central to everything I needed in Santa Clara. Clean updated rooms and lobby, quiet, and a nice breakfast,

After using the elevator, to find our room, we had to lug our suitcases up 10 steps! Room smells like cleaner and bleach. Cannot get the frig to work properly. Wifi doesn't work. The bathtub is filthy. Door knob is loose/broken. There's a keurig in the room, but no sweeteners or creamer for coffee. It was unplugged and no outlet nearby. Must be for looks! They held my credit card info, in case I smoke in the room. Seems the Room has already been smoked in with the disinfectant smells it already has! Feels like a scam to charge additional fees.

Stayed for four nights. The hotel has good staff, free parking and breakfast, and good location. Wi-Fi is a bit weak and almost no 5G coverage. May be a problem if you want to have meeting inside your room. Outside is a bit noisy if you face the main street.
